Need XL size if you're taller
If you're taller (>6 ft) you'll really need the XL size. If not you pants will be too high.
A&R Suspenders Fit
I have worn these suspenders twice and cannot keep them on my shoulders. There are no teeth on the slide adjustments and as I shoot they loosen up. I do not recommend these, go with CCM.
Pretty Good Suspenders!
Easy to put on as a goalie, although they do become a little difficult to put on and take off of the suspender buttons when they are cold, but are fairly easy when warmed up. I get a new set of suspenders every so often since the plastic does tend to fray, crack and break after several uses. Would recommend :-)!
Pay the extra money for something else
Had to use plyers to get them on. Hardware is plastic and does not stay in place. They are constantly falling off my shoulders while playing.
Decent product, good price
These are fine, and do the job. My one complaint is that the plastic is so stiff it is hard to get them onto the buttons of your pants.
Works with goalie c/a.
These XL suspenders fit over my goalie chestie just fine. (I tuck my chestie.) After I adjust the length I tape above & below the buckle - so it doesn't move. The plastic loops are pretty stiff. I get a cup of hot water (from my Keurig) and soak the plastic loop for a little bit to soften them up and then I place them over the suspender knobs on my goalie pants. Hope that helps.

Suspenders will do the job for a season. Not expensive. Would pay much more if they were leather like the old ones.
A&R Hockey Suspenders
These suspenders work really well. They are good value for the money. The kids like them because when fit the adjusters are not in a position that pinches or pokes. Had a Bauer set that when adjusted sat on the top of their shoulders. These allow the kids to wear them under their shoulder pads without complaint.
Still need some refinement.

They kind of do the job
I bought these to replace an old pair that had tore after many years of use. Overall they are decent suspenders, but my main issue is that the piece on your back where the suspenders come together is not tight enough. I have to constantly keep moving it back up before every game or it slides down too low and then my suspenders start sliding off my shoulders during the game. Inevitably,… read more I forget before some games and once you are dressed, it is impossible to reach and adjust that piece back up, so I spend the entire game pulling the straps back up on my shoulders every time I come to the bench. My last pair was set and never readjusted again. I am going to try fixing it in place and seeing if I can find a way to make it permanent without ruining the suspenders.
Can’t be washed...
At first we LOVED them. Affordable and did the trick. The plastic hooks were a little difficult to get onto the pants buttons but they felt very secure so it was worth it pain. But every time you wash the pants the suspenders fall apart. They come completely undone so you’re left with a pile of elastic and plastic buckles. Those hooks stayed right where they were though. My son needed new pants. The new ones were a bit too big. These suspenders were the perfect fix at a great price.
A&R suspenders versatile and durable (thus far)
A&R suspenders have held up great so far! I’ve used them over my goalie chest protector and they keep everything in place; my pants stay put and my chesty doesn’t ride up leaving an exposed lower abdomen. I had another brand hockey suspender that I had bought off ebay but the leather connector that attached to the buttons on the pants were terrible and they broke before one… read more skate. I’m happy with these a&r connectors.. they seem to be some type of heavy duty plastic. Digging these bad boys very much.
Good Hockey Suspenders
A good pair of hockey suspenders. Can be a little difficult to get on, especially when they are cold. Recommend doing them in a warm place. Work great to keep the pants up without having to make the pants super tight and possibly breaking the belt.

Perfect fit
Bought for my 4yr old and they got perfectly with room to grow with him.
Old school suspenders
Bought new pants that were a little large and needed suspenders to hold them up . These A&R suspenders just needed a little adjustments and work great now , the only draw back was the plastic end s that go over the buttons are a little challenging to get on otherwise I would have rated them higher.
