It could be a fluke, but the blade of the stick broke the very first time I used it! I am about to head to the store to get a replacement.

Best stick I've used.

I have used mid-range Warrior, STX, True, CCM, and Easton hockey sticks, and Bauer has by far been the best. The grip, durability, and everything have all been perfect.

Great stick at a good value

I picked this up as a warranty replacement for a Supreme 2S Team Stick I broke the blade on after only using it one time. I got the 2900 in a 87flex P92 Curve and I have to say the release is fairly quick for a mid kick stick. I cut down my sticks about 1.5-2.5 inches typically and even still this 87 flex stick feels as whippy as a 75 flex stick when shooting. Wrist and snap shots… read more come off the blade quick and my clappers are heavy. A great all-around stick for a balanced player who has varying shots in their arsenal. Blade feels solid so far and no twisting while shooting!

Very Impressed

I have been a low flex stick user for years. I was a big fan of the Easton Mako, and recently using the Vapor 900 Lite. The Vapor lite I was in love with, but when Vapor switch to the elliptical shaft like the Easton S19 I was disappointed.Having an S19 the stick was great for wrist shots and that was about it. So I was in the need to switch models once again.Giving Nexus a chance… read more was a great decision. I was finding more accuracy in my shot selection than the Vapor 900 lite. Reminded me of the Mako when I first used them, but with a better blade. Looking forward to seeing how long the stick will last and be this consistent with pop and accuracy.

Unbelievable Stick for the Price

Replaced a 2N Pro that broke 2 months after purchase. As per the reviews of the 2N Pro, I refused to purchase another. I have been using the N2900 now for 2 weeks and I am unable to tell the difference between the N2900 and the 2N Pro in performance!! It is an unbelievable stick for the price! Best bang for the buck!!

Unreal Stick

Stick cannot be beaten for the price. Came from a Jetspeed Pro which is about the same price, this stick is lighter, better feel in the blade, and a true mid flex. You can't go wrong with this stick. I couldn't imagine stepping all the way up to the 2N when this is already so good for half the price.
