GREAT Customer Service / Great Pad & Price!
Purchased these online. Great price. I ordered the Adult Size L and when they arrived they were much longer than I expected. I was able to return them to our local store and the store was extremely helpful with the return and ordering me a smaller size. I received the smaller pads within a few days and I have used them for about 1 month. These replaced older "ITECH" pads that I… read more had for over 12 years. These pads had a much different feel than I was accustomed to since they are much stiffer and more rigid than my previous pads. They are very easy to strap on with all straps being velcro. After 4 weeks of using them, I am beginning to really like the pads. Just have to be patient with any 'break in" period and since I only play one day per week, it will take a little longer to get adjusted to this style of pad.
Easy strapping system
These are an improvement over the S190's my daughter used for the past 2 years. She went with Bauer again because of the ease in the strapping system, lightweight design and appearance.
