Bauer Supreme S29 Ice Hockey Pants - Senior Review

Great value, lacks durability

These pants get the job done, but seem to lack durability particularly on the thigh zippers. Had to re-stitch the Velcro piece that keeps the zipper in place. Otherwise, solid, comfy, protective. They run a bit long, so I use suspenders to compensate. Would recommend for the average beer leaguer.

Solid protection and light weight, kids always complain about new gear, two skate and he loved them.

Good protecton

Very good front padding while still light weight. The back mesh is quite delicate and easily gets rub marks if the Velcro from your sock attachment comes in contact.

Great mid-level pant

I needed to replace my 10 year old Easton S17 pants and wanted some mid-level protection. These and the Vapor 2.9's were on my radar. I tried both of them on at my local PH location and preferred the fit of the S29, a bit more traditional than the snugness of the Vapors. Perfect for Traditional, Baggy fit pants

Classic, traditional fit: little baggy, thigh pads wider than legs, pants sit about mid knee cap, and great protection.

Great value, great pants

I was able to get these pants just before our last rec league game of the season. I am just over 6'2", weigh 205 lbs with a 34" waist and the XL pants fit perfect without suspenders. The protective features were amazing! I took a hard slap shot from about 10' away and it caught me right at the hip, I barely felt the impact. Quality Pants

Worth the price. Comfortable, lightweight and protective. The fit seems a little larger (order a medium and feels like a large) but worked out in my favor.

Light but protective

It's much lighter than the previous Supreme we got. More protected at the back too. Only issue is the waist line is way too big with the length needed. I would recommend for each size to have a 'long' length.

Worth the price

Little bigger then I was expecting. But comfortable and solved my issue with my shin guards knee cup and wearing a don joy brace under it.
