Weight Vs durability trade off

It's a lightweight runner, and uses the same principal steel as all other tuuk runners. It performs well overall, but not as good as top end steel (e.g. step steel). That being said, they break prematurely. The dual metal composition creates a seam which significantly things thins the steel portion. It's a weight Vs durability tradeoff. But the weight difference doesn't justify the expense and inconvenience. I recommend regular LS runners instead, or even better, just pony up and get step steel.

TUUK LS Fusion

The blades are good, but with heavy use(5 days a week), the black protective coating comes off of the aluminum, it causes oxidation, which causes the steel to bend.

Overpriced

they are overpriced and are a terrible design. Two dissimilar metals bonded with resin and rivets add moisture and you've got galvanic corrosion. Corrosion equals weakness. They are light but very weak. Not to mention that when mine cracked hockey monkey wouldn't honor my warranty even though it happened within a year. Bauer; however, honored their warranty thankfully.

Nice blades and good .

I just got the blades 2 days ago and it went just like I like it. It so smooth when it glide same thing about cornering . It so good.
