Good Stick - Horrible Blade

I bought my first one of this model pre-pandemic, when things resumed noticed the blade chipping and cracking, forgot how long I had it and really liked the stick so decided to purchase another one, exact same everything.....blade split in half just over a month. Great stick if you have the income to keep buying a new one every 30-60 days.

Not too bad. Picked it up on the way to an adult tournament as a backup and have used it about half of the time since. Good for someone looking for a fairly light low kick point stick at a reasonable price.

Great stick for a great price. The flex (went softer to 77) and curve are perfect. I have played 2 games with it and I'm glad I bought it.

Too much flex

Overall, it’s a solid feeling stick but once I got it on the ice, the stick felt “whippy.” Though the puck does jump off for shots, it’s not as ideal for my stick handling and passing.

Low quality blade

Stick seems like a good value until the blade splits in half after 4th time using. The toe of the blade split into two pieces similar to what another reviewer reported. Otherwise a nice stick, but if only good for a few games the value quickly diminishes.

Great backup stick/training aid

Great stick that feels very similar to the other high end sticks in Bauer’s new Vapor lineup just a little heavier. I mainly use it as a backup and a training aid but this would make an excellent first stick for a newer or younger player.

Pretty good twig...

Having just gotten back into hockey after a 15-20 year hiatus I was shocked to see the way twigs have evolved. Great flex, durable, good puck feel and super light. As I am sure to break a few as I acclimate myself to how the sport has changed I didn't want to spend 300+ on something I was gonna haphazardly destroy. Nice but brittle blade

so i bought this stick because it feels nice and light weight also havent owned a bauer in over 8 years but after the first game the toe of the stick cracked and pretty much disappointing me to remember why i havent bought one in the many years. pros: light weight,responsive, feels ergo in the hands con: blade is brittle
