I took my grandson, who had just started hockey lessons, to your store after seeing him struggle to get the rink issued skates on for his lesson. I knew absolutely nothing about ice hockey equipment and was a total rookie walking into your store. We went to the skate department and was so impressed by the knowledge that your salesman demonstrated from the beginning to the end.… read more I had no idea how involved skate fittings were. I gave the salesman my budget and he didn’t try to sell me anything more expensive. While we were waiting on the skates to be brought from the warehouse, we browsed through all of the other merchandise you had in your retail store and anytime we had a question about any of it, we were always greeted with professionalism and superior knowledge about the products from each and every salesman in the store. I can’t complement your associates enough. I have never been in a store that had such knowledgeable and above and beyond customer service. I feel very lucky that we have a store and warehouse that we can depend upon and have everything we need.
