Too small.
The size is more like an intermediate. I may to try another manufacturer. I'd return it but that costs as much as the refund.

Great practice jersey, well made. I’m 5’10” 190lbs. I wear small shoulder pads and ordered a large jersey, it fits good but I like my jerseys bigger so I should’ve ordered an XL.

Great lightweight jersey. The logo is embroidered which is a nice touch where a decal would probably wear out. The Large is a generous cut. No tiny sleeves here.

Pretty decent fit. Could be a little wider cut under the shoulders and a little longer. I am 6’-1”

Goal cut is way too small
The goalie cut is too small. I wear a Large RG4 pro+ and can just stretch/squeeze myself into this. The bottom half of my chesty sticks out under the bottom. The quality of the material is nice. I'd be more than happy to shell out an additional $20 for a larger size.

CMM make the best practice Jerseys! The sizing is much larger than it use to be, even bigger than the old NHL replica Jerseys. So order one size down.
