This stick is terribly made. My son uses it as a practice stick and within a month it was splintering .

Meh

This stick wasn’t comfortable and very slick on the handle. So slick that it kept sliding out of position and was an issue through most of the skate. I’m going back to Bauer after one use.

A1.5 CCM goalie stick

I had this stick less than a month and it broke in my beer league. I returned it to Pure Hockey and they honored the 30day guarantee. I upgraded to the CCM EFlex 5.9 goalie stick.

Broke in 32 days. Warranty denied

My sons in peewees. They broke it with a shot two days after the warranty expired. I submitted it anyway thinking they’d do the right thing, but no. No more ccm for us.

Broke at the heel after about 10 games playing inline.

Poor sticks

Poor quality . Only lasted 5 months. I would stay away form these sticks and go with something else.

Cracked at the heal after 2 games!

Bought this stick to replace my Premier 1.5 that lasted a full Varsity season. This stick cracked and was weak at the heal...returned after 2 games in less than a week from purchase date. Not feeling great about the replacement stick...as replacement stick doesn't come with a 30 day guarantee. CCM failed on this stick. Bring back the durable Premier line.

Broke after 4 months

I bought this in September and it’s breaking in December. With Covid I haven’t even used it all that much. Dont bother with this stick.

Garbage

I bought this stick 2 months ago, it was good until it started seeing pucks now its broken and Ive been using it competitively for only a month. broke right where the blade and shaft meet.

Durability of Axis A1.5 Composite Goalie Stick

Was looking forward to the new line of sticks because I thought it would be on the same level as the pads. One of the pros - while using, there was a lot of comfort with paddle grip with the blocker. The stick does what it needs to do functionally. However, the stick chips and starts to break down at the bottom of the paddle and heal of the stick after a few uses.
