Stick is light - just started using it
We bought this as a backup stick to my son's Bauer Fly lite. He just broke the flyilte (again) and just started using the Trigger. So far so good. He likes how like the stick is. I have heard this stick breaks easily so now in the market for another stick as well.
Snapped blade
It snapped at the shaft where the blade meets after 2 months of ownership.
Forget sniping, this is artillery
I mean, I have a cannon (just sayin', LOL), but it's a howitzer with this bad boy.
Sons new stick
My son loves his new stick and I was especially glad that it was on sale. I hate spending a lot on sticks and so many of the nice ones out there are way more then we can really spend on them. I was glad when my son found a great stick for a great price. He loves it!
CCM Ribcore Trigger 5 P88 Senior 75 Flex
Great quality, lightweight and good deal. Like the low kick. With the combination Ovechkin curve and fast toe snap makes for a quick shot. Recommend for both Ice and Inline.
Very Happy with the stick
I bought this for my 16y/o varsity hockey playing son. So far he is loving the stick. Claims the puck is jumping off the blade on wrist and snap shots and there is a noticeable gain in velocity on his slap shot.
Dirty dangles
She's a beaut boys nothin but bar downski from this twig... been lighting so many lamps thanks to this sick curve. Had to cut it down a little to get the silky mitts im use to but easy process.

Great Hockey Stick
I love this stick. Before, I wasn’t a huge believer that different sticks made a huge difference in performance but that changed after using this one. It’s a light stick but feels very strong on the puck. Hand movement on the stick is easy and efficient. I feel really confident in my passes and shooting. For as light as the stick is, you can really get a lot of power into… read more both your passing and shooting. The accuracy, too, is incredible. My passes have been zipping harder and straighter. My shot has been stronger and more accurate. Just a fantastic hockey stick, in my opinion. Reading some of the other reviews, it looks like younger players are having trouble with theirs breaking. I can’t speak for that, but as a 36 y/o male using a 95 flex, I’ve had no issues at all with this stick. Light as a feather but has some serious power in it.
CCM Sticks Are the Best
This is an amazing stick - light and with a really fast kick point. I have not experienced any of the durability issues that plagued the “pro” version of this stick.
Flex
i wish it came in a 85 flex. I need a stick 60+ inches for my height but the 95 flex is not compatible with my weight
Not happy
This was the first time I ever spent this much on a stick. It lasted exactly two months. The shaft gave way where the stick flexes. Of course we're 30 days past the warranty so there is no replacement option. Highly disappointed that we didn't get more than 60 days out of this stick.
Broken after 5 months
We bought this in December for my 13 year old for Christmas. It broke after less than 5 months. A 100 pound kid should not be breaking a $200 stick. We've had sticks we've spent far less money that lasted until he grew out of them. Poor quality. Not buying CCM sticks again.
Trigger 5 good to go
Our son loves it. Similar to the trigger 4! Holding up well!

Awesome stick
Sinister Stick! I imagine the Trigger 5 Pro is even better. Great low kick point to give those quick release snapshots their zing. Was always a Warrior fan but got dragged to CCM kicking and screaming. CCM makes skates. Well, I guess they make sticks too!!
Solid Stick
Solid stick all around. I love the quick releases I can get off with this stick.
Snapped in half
My 14 year loved this stick until it snapped in half. He was knocked to ground durning a game and it cracked.
2 broken in a two months
My son was excited to buy this stick. He bought it and it broke two days before the warranty was up. So we were able to get a replacement stick. When returning the stick there was 4 of the same ones broken. My son just broke the second one today on a one timer. These sticks are junk. I feel bad for the players because he really enjoyed it for a month. Another player on my son’s… read more team broke this weekend right before the warranty. Stay away they aren’t worth the money.
Great stick
Nice stick recommend it to anyone looking for a light quick release and good for wrist and snap shots.
