My Son plays Ice Hockey and loves the Howie's stick and shin guard tape...he won't use anything else
Solid tape and wax.
I ran out of tape and picked up this pack. Howie's tape never does me wrong and I like how the wax stops snow build up. Clear tape is great for my shin guards. Really happy.

Great Tape
Haven't had any issues with Howie's!! Always holds up and does a great job! And the wax smells fantastic! (Also doubles well as hair product post-game, for that smooth slickback)

Howies tape and wax a top notch product, never have to worry about quality. Wax helps with stick handling througout game, lengthens tape life and, of course, smells great! Great gift for hockey player of any age.
Great tape!
Best tape you can use is howies. No doubt in my mind. Ive used just about every kind of tape and wax out there and nothing beats howies. Only down fall of my purchase was that the wax can came in partially smashed, not allowing it to stay closed. Not a huge deal. Just something to note.
