7+ Years Using These, Replace Regularly but wood is great!
I am a rec league player, not great but a top scorer on my team with decent skills. The wood is great mostly because it receives passes well and doesn't get bounced around. One handed etc, just stops the puck. So that's why I prefer it. AND I grew up with the old PP77 coffey which is hard to find now, so that's my curve (all ears on recommendations of similar to PP77). I replace… read more 1-2 a year on 'bad' years or half that on good years. Still cheaper than one $100-300 carbon stick. I use Sherwood T90 shafts - I wish they still made these! I am scooping up more for the apocalypse.

i decided to try a wooden blade just for kicks. Had to go with Sherwood and am very impressed so far. I've been using it for a month now 3-4 days a week. The blade has held up very strong, not a single crack or sign of wear and tear. Aside from the weight, I really like the feel of the wooden blade. It has a much softer feel than my Bauer (Apx 2). Don't Bother
Played two games with this and it cracked and started falling apart. The plastic molding kept it in tact, but I'm currently looking for a replacement.
