Really poor design. Defective by design.
I've now spent near $500 on replacement steel as they continue to crack right behind the back hook next to the rectangular cutout. Wished I had never bought these True skates.
Break frequently
Within a month I broke a blade. True was very good and speedy at responding and sending a replacement pair. I used my second set for a couple months and again broke another blade. Both breaks occurred in the same location near the triangle cutout. Blades kept a good edge during the time I used them skating 5 to 10 times a week without sharpening.
My Experience
Being a new owner of the true skates I have started using these blades, three weeks into buying them my left blade snapped and after replacing them they snapped once again two games later. I’ve missed two of my games because of the snapped blade because you have to order them since they don’t sell in stores.
