Great Protection, Easy to Move In

Great mobility & Protection!
I'm a 43 y/o goalie and was tired of getting random bruises... So I finally upgraded - hoping this is the last c/a I will ever need. So far - so good. Lots of velcro adjustment, comfortable, and plenty of mobility right out of the box. I like the placement of the 'belly loop' so I can thread my CCM Axis pant's belt through it. (I tuck my chestie). After the usual adjustments it is fantastic. A little surprising that the arms attach with velcro. The most velcro I have seen on a chesty. Hopefully durability will be good with all of the velcro.
Vaughn Velocity V9 Pro.
Going from a L bauer supreme 1s into this Vaughn V9 medium. I'm 5'11" 195lbs. Tried on all 5 models they had in store and settled on this unit. Felt the best off the rack. Had ordered a warrior and its arm pads jammed into my armpits when sealing up. Unit is a tank and will take a few skates too adjust but im happy. Thanks too the Lynnwood store for fitting me up properly.

Light, protective, and makes you feel safe; everywhere! Vaughn has done a great job improving their arm protection, as well. Good ventilation and much better adjustability too.
