Horrible elbow feature
I highly recommend staying away from this chest protector. The hard plastic cased elbow feature is not stationary and does not stay in place. I fractured my elbow while sliding across the rink to poke checking a puck. Do not waste your money.
Good Protection, not the lightest...
Good solid protection, not the lightest or most mobile but my 10 y/o needed to step up and this gave him a much bigger presentation and he's been moving fine and making saves.
Great quality!
This is a great chest protector. Love that it is extendable and we will get several years out of it. The only thing I would change is that I wish there was a clip on one or both of the sides in the back to make it easier to get on and off without loosening each time or making your kid squeeze in and out of it to avoid adjusting the straps.

Our son needed a new chest protector. We went to the store and tried on a few. We found this one and it fit great and he said has worn it for 3 practices and loves it.
Great fit
Fit is as expected. Body area is protective. Arms are a little bulky. Though it's not broke in yet. Lots of adjustment. Well worth a look.
Light weight. excellent mobility
bought for my 13 year old 14UAA daughter. If anyone has a daughter that plays goalie at the 14u or higher, you know its very difficult to find a chest protector that has "room". we started with a older model Warrior chest protector when she was 12U. it started to wear out and she hated the bottom area near the belly as it flares out. 6months ago, we decided to get a vaughn velocity… read more v9. the vaughn was protective but too bulky and limited mobility. today, we went looking for another chest protector and decided to go the warrior x3 E. lightweight, high mobility, so far good proctection and the bottom of the belly area does not flare out anymore. the only complaint she has is that the arms are a little long even with adjustment but the chest has room for her. wish we could swap out a Large/XL chest for a M/L arms. Great piece of equipment. Very bulky but able to adjust straps to fit better. The forearms are bulky either way but provide great protection.
