Bought a pair for my second year Mite ( age 6) and first year Squirt ( age 9). They fit very snug and stay on while loading in and out of the bag, wearing around the rink. Durable contruction. Nice pull tab on the small end to easily pull on the skates. I think these will last a long time. Comes with.a spray solution that is applied to the inside of the guard (cover). Rubber bottom is really solid an there is no issue using them to walk in. The guards do not slide around and overall we are extremely happy with this product. I would strongly recommend these to all skaters. One more thing. We put in a back yard rink this year and these guards are great for walking to and from the house to the rink..
