Blade Holder/ Blade Issues

I like the stiff boot, excellent protection by the way. However, the blade holder on the left skate doesn't hold the blade snugly. I get that 'click' every time I step on the skate. The blade is moving very slightly at the heel. I took the skate back and had the holder replaced under warranty, but I still have the 'click'. Blade next?

This is a sweet helmet with a pro stock look. It's comfortable and lightweight with dependable protection. I most definitely recommend.
