Worth the money

Everything as advertised, and what I expected from a $300 stick. Lightweight, responsive, durable. Good for any kind of shot, especially like the 5 sides (so much easier on the hands). Not sure what else to add, other than it's easy to see why it's so popular, even at the NHL level. For reference, I have the Matthews curve with a 77 flex.

Another elite level product from Bauer

Very high quality, if only using that as a criteria they're a 5-star product. Unlike more mid-level pants, these have thick padding everywhere, after a brief break-in period they wear comfortably. My only issue, and Im sure I'll get used to it are some of the adjustment features on them. The velcro at the gussets, not as natural as the zipper, kind of miss it at the height adjustment as well. Very minor, doubt I'll notice it in time. Additionally, I'm in that wonderful world where mediums are too tight and large is a little loose - not their fault, just a little frustrating (for reference, I'm 5' 10" between 180-185, with a 35" waist). I do want to end this by saying protection on them is elite, even my lower ribs (which I was managing to crack once a season in cheaper options - specifically the CCM 5092) are fully covered in these.
