The stiffness and comfort you get for the price point is incredible with these skates. After one bake and two skates, they are easily the most comfortable skates. I have an odd shaped foot - very wide forefoot, high arches, short toes, high volume. Even the new Bauer Fit 3 was slightly too narrow. The wide sizes on these fit like a dream after baking. These do run big though. Highly suggest buying at least a .5 size down from your normal skate size. I wore a 9W in Bauer and wear an 8W in these, but that comes with zero accommodation for my weird foot shape, something I was having to do with Bauer. Also do not pass judgement on these until you bake them. Trying them on pre bake they felt way too small. They greatly loosen up out of the oven. Highly recommend these.
