i'm 5'9" about 165. i went with a little softer flex than recommended and i'm glad i did. bought the 75 and after it was cut it was more like 80. i was going for a softer puck feel for stick handling and more control of wrist shots and passing. i'm 47 playing fairly competitively, but my game has diminished some over the years. no slap shots. it's perfect for what i wanted. i will buy again if/when this one breaks.
