Changing Companies

My son broke his Bauer/Nexus hockey stick when he was in Dallas, Texas and we could only find Pure Hockey who did not have this particular stick. The gentleman in Dallas was wonderful explaining how the Warrior stick was just as good and Andrew reluctantly used the stick. Now, the Warrior is the only stick he will use. Previously, the fact that when he broke the stick I had to photo the parts etc and even then I felt the company was reluctant to send another stick. Not this time; I went in and within minutes I walked out with a new stick. I did not even need to find the receipt. Thank you. We will be purchasing the Warrior from now on.
