Large is too small

This helmet is a good value, but not for me. I purchased this helmet, but returned it after 1 day. I have a 7 5/8" head size. The Large size says it goes to 7 3/4, but it does not. This helmet gave me headaches, when I wore it. After going through several helmets, I settled on two that actually fit and felt comfortable. The Warrior Krown and the original Bauer ReAkt (not the 75, 95, 100, or 200). I purchased the Bauer in the end. Pure Hockey in Medford, MA worked with me until I had a good fit. Paid full price. Worth every penny for the good service.
