Great pads, was missing parts

We bought these pads online and received them quickly. Only problem was they were missing several pieces. Knee wings on both pads, boot strap buckles and the package of extra straps and pieces. It took over 2 weeks to get all the pieces so he could use them on ice. Just make sure all pieces are there.
