Great pads with some durability issued

I have had these pads for about a year now and I love them. On the down side though I have had many durability issues. Within the first week of having them something snapped in the core making the pads very soft. I was able to get them warrantied. After having them for about four months came the next issue, the speed skin on the sliding surface began to wear off, and the pads have become very soft.
