Standard covers, work well

Good covers that protect the blade and have extra strength to avoid tears. They maintain some liquid/moisture if putting them on freshly used skates, so I recommend taking the guards off at home to let both the guard and the skate blade area dry out. These are soft covers, not intended to allow you to walk around a lot in your skates.
