The weight is a good tool, however, despite the reviews I found, I purchased the stick weight and found that the weight does in fact slide around quite a bit. if you just secure some extra tape around it does work fine and its a good tool for stick handling, passing, and wrist shots, I wouldnt take any clappers with it as it would or could easily break upon contact to the ground prior to the puck.
