I have had this game for four months and I absolutely love it (still play it almost daily). My entire family loves it as everyone of course wants the high score, but try to beat their personal best. Even my daughter that is not into hockey. The customer service is fantastic as I had an issue with the surface being slow. I received a fast response and learned that I actually put too much spray on. Once I cleaned with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, it worked perfectly. Yes, price is a bit steep, but honestly worth it as it does come close to simulating a real ice surface/regulation pick.
