I bought the Superdeker last year for my kids for Christmas. After 11 months of use one of the sensors in the unit went bad. I contacted Superdeker and went through their troubleshooting steps but it did not fix the problem. The people at Superdeker were extremely helpful and understanding and sent me out a new unit immediately. I would definitely recommend this product and this company.
