The Helios Core is next level in training, development, and performance evaluation. As a U16 and U18 coach it helps confirm what I am seeing out on the ice. Gone are the days of anecdotal belief - this technology is a game changer. I purchased for my 15yr old and 18yr old and now they won't play without their Cores! After skating they're immediately checking achievement levels. Great personal accountability tool. A must-have for any player that wants to improve stride/speed/agility AND be able to measure that improvement. They can compare themselves against other users which further motivates them. Wish the Core existed when I was playing!
