Great youth/teen teen level skate.
Purchased Size 2.5 JR for 13 year old daughter who is switching to Goalie. Good combination of quality, fit, and performance. The value at this price point is about average compared to other manufacturers. A reasonable option for an entry level skate, that won't require that you take out a home equity loan. Very easy break-in skate that provides ample room for skaters who prefer a little wider skate, but don't require EE width. Yes, it may be available for slightly less on line, but as a goalie myself ... absolutely nothing replaces putting on the boot and wearing them for about 10 minutes to get a good idea of what the feel will be. Our local store has a synthetic ice area so you can get a decent sense of feel for various positions and stances.
