Trying out the Bauer X700 skates

I received these Bauer Vapor X700 skates about 2-3 weeks ago. I tried them out once so far. They seem light and comfortable to wear. I am concerned on how well the front part of the boot will hold up. They seem to already be scratched up and worried about it falling apart. Will need more time to tell if it holds up and how well I can skate in these skates.
