Nice Added Touch To A Real Nice Skate
I bought these for my Bauer 1S skates and the added attack angle is nice. Also they hold an edge very well and reduce the number of times you need to get your skates sharpened. They are a nice addition to a really nice skate and you should notice some small benefits with the extra height. They are light and do not add a significant amount of weight even with the extra height. One thing that I was disappointed with was that I noticed the box had been cut open previously when I received it and was taped shut. One of the runners had also been sharpened already. So I assume the item was a return that I received and was not brand new.
