Comfortable, customizable, great customer service

I recently purchased this neck guard after seeing it in store. It's comfortable, easy to customize, and surprisingly protective for how thin the foam is. When cutting the foam to fit the neck protector around my neck, I cut it too short but was still able to make it work. I reached out to Aegis customer service and they sent me a new foam piece so I could give it another try!
