Good idea, but one size does not fit all

Our association has two sets of these. They are pushed off onto our U6 girls teams. The concept is good but the “one size” isn’t. The pads themselves are 3/4 the height of most the girls. This inproper fit frustrates the kids and deters them from wanting to play the position.
