I love that I can remove the cup, thigh, and hip pads and still have good tailbone protection when I’m just skating around for fun. Even with all of the pads, I’ve got a full range of motion and don’t feel restricted at all. They’re also low-profile enough that I can wear them under a pair of gym shorts and not look like I’m wearing a diaper
