loads of padding and slim fit

I've struggled to fit my tall skinny son. I purchased junior small for a 4'5" at 55 lbs. With the length extension opened (1" via zipper around waist) the pants just cover the tops of the knees. The waist is still a bit big, but they are better than the bulky Tack pants. The padding is significant.
