These are the jocks I prefer. They are only attached in the front so the cup stays in place as the shorts move around. I can never get the cup to stay in place with the tighter fitting shorts. Either my socks are pulling them around or it gets jostled as I skate. This design lets the cup stay mostly in place as the "shorts" around them get jostled.
