The look and fit of these hockey socks is really good. But unfortunately they did not put an elastic band around the bottom so they are very difficult to pull over your skates if you prefer to wear your socks over your skates. So to put them on is difficult, but once on they do perform and fit well. If they would add an elastic band around the bottom I would give these another try. But as is I would recommend another brand that does have the elastic band, which this is the only one I've come across that doesn't.
