A nice upgrade

I picked these up after a shot bent one of the stock scalloped steel runners on my U+ Pro Reloadeds. The stock scalloped steel from CCM is somewhat lighter, but doesn't hold an edge nearly as well as the Step Steel. The scalloped steel is also more susceptible to breaking and bending than the solid Step Steel blades. I referee more than I play, so I tend to value reliability more than achieving the absolute minimum weight. Since these also hold an edge better, I end up spending less on sharpenings, which keeps more of my ref income in my pocket.
