Bought a pair of Bauer X800 with the stock insoles after a season of skating my feet were bugging me I could feel the rivets on the balls of my feet. Purchased the speed skate insoles did the heat mold in my oven( about 9mins at 200deg). I did one at a time so I could get the skate on quick enough before cooling happens. What a difference there is no play under you foot with weight transfers you will be a better skater overall. No more foot pain really upset I didn't do this year's ago In any skate I have owned. I have only about 8 hours on the insoles but super happy with them game changer for sure!
