These skates easily gives you +3 speed to your game! If skating fast and stopping with ease is part of your game. Well these are the skates for you! I found these skate really comfortable and after I got them broke in felt like an extension of me. Mind the size chart! I originally was going to grab one size smaller than my shoe size. I'm glad I looked at the chart. I baked them at home using the instructions provided. No issues! So, even you sipping Pink Whitney at home, should have no issues baking these skates. Blade change easy. I took my blades off just to test out the ease. Over all I'm happy with the skates!

Great all around skate.

45yo, 6' tall, 220lb newbish skater(8.5 EE). Been playing a couple years, skating out two to four times a week and the boot stiffness in my first pair(RBZ80) finally started going out. These were an amazing upgrade all around in fit, quality and support. Toe box width is perfect and stiffness really helps on my edge work. No lace bit or pressure points like my original pair. Only upgrade I added was the powerfoot inserts to remove some toe wiggle.

Great clear tape

The Renfrew brand clear tape is as good as their cloth tape. Holds your shin guards down tightly. Can tear the tape easily without needing to use scissors. Doesn't peel off during a game.

Not bad.

Bought it in hot pink. Color is pretty accurate to the picture. Sticks fairly well. Wears a little quickly though. Overall, would buy again.

More interesting than clear tape

I use it more as an occasional novelty than anything. The scull design looks cool and anything that helps take your opponants eye off the puck is useful. This isnt my everyday tape because it isnt as strong and secure as renfew tape but it still does the job, definatly worth having a roll or two for when you want to change things up abit.

Fits great!

I have a pretty big head, and after trying a few CCM Large helmets they were way too small. This one fits great and is a great price! Padding inside the helmet is very comfortable. Played first game with it last night and I had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this helmet, and would NOT say that it is "too big" at all. Great fit!

Nice roller bag

I haven't had this bag long enough to provide a long-term bag review. Initial thoughts, the materials used in construction are nice. Everything is put together well. Wheels roll, zippers work. I don't like the crazy pattern on the inside of the bag, but that's just me. It fits everything for an adult player.

Uncomfortable due to poor craftsmanship

Son, 11 years old complained the skates felt like he had needles under his feet. Upon removing the insert, there were sharp spurs coming from the attachment/screws between the blade and the boot. These were not filed properly or pounded flush with the sole. They poked through the sole liner into his feet. Seems poor quality control with manufacturing.

nice OEM blade replacements

I like to have a second set of blades just in case. I got these profiled and radius'ed like my first set. Nothing different with replacement blades as ones sold with the skates.

Good skate laces

These skate laces are great. I've used this for a pair of Bauers I don't use anymore, and I have them for a pair of CCM skates. They come in a variety of colors, but I bought the white pair. They look close to OEM laces. I like Elite brand laces to replace OEM skate laces.

Excellent laces

This is my second time buying these laces. After trying them instead of Bauer laces, I like them a lot. Although a variety of colors are available, I just buy the white ones.
