Great Fit and Comfortable
My 14 yr old son tried on several neck guards and they were to stiff and felt like neck braces. He couldn't really look down or move his neck around and we tried several sizes too. After reading the reviews for the Aegis Interceptor Neck Protector-No Bib, we ordered it and he loves it! It's flexible so it allows him to move his neck in all directions while still covering and protecting… read more his neck. It is breathable and feels like dry wick material. The orange D30 material looks hard in the pictures but it is as the description reads, soft and flexible. My son can not tell that it is inside the neck protector. It is that comfortable. So glad we ordered this and will order again in the future when he out grows this one.
Aegis Interceptor Neck Protector
Delivery was lightning fast from Pure Hockey for this Aegis Interceptor Neck Protector, which was very much appreciated. My son wears it on top of his compression shirt that already has a built in neck protector. He said it is very comfortable. I really like the hard plastic insert that is inside of it.
Size chart is wrong
Everythings excellent! but size chart is wrong L/G : 13.5" ~ 15.5" is correct!
Son absolutely loves this neck guard
My son absolutely loves this neck guard. He says it is way more comfortable than his previous (which he never complained of wearing). I like that it offers more protection being it is wider to cover more of his neck.
Aegis Interceptor - No bib
After a few different brands my daughter never seemed to like any neck guard until the Aegis. I was skeptical at first, but bought one anyway. After her first game she skated over and said "this is an awesome neck guard". I get the comfort of knowing she's protected and she gets to play without something driving her crazy! Aegis Neck Guard No bib
My 8 year old is very picky about the way stuff feels on his skin and he loves the comfort of it. I wish they would make it so that the D30 foam goes all the way around the back of the neck though to protect from crosschecks there. Maybe in a future version. Still an awesome upgrade from the stock Bauer or CCM ones
Very well made and comfortable
My 14 year old said that this is the most comfortable neck guard he has ever worn. It is not stiff or bulky and handles sweat much better than his old one. Thankfully we have not had to test its ability to protect him. It is very well made and washes well. Overall so far we are very impressed.
