Poor velcro
My boyfriend and I both bought one of these. Within a few weeks the Velcro fastener at the back has shrunk and raveled up. Now the “prickly” side of the Velcro is not covered and my hair gets stuck in it all game. Contacted Bauer and they said you must have put it in the dryer (we didn’t) and normal wear isn’t covered. This isn’t normal wear, it’s a bad design and poor… read more quality materials. For a $30+ “premium” neck guard, this is not acceptable. Unless you want to go to the craft store and replace your own Velcro, I don’t remcommend this product.
