Bauer 1X Lite Pants

Great light pants that don’t sacrifice too much padding, especially in the tailbone and lower thigh areas. My previous pair were the CCM qlt lites. These1X Lites are much better all around. I think they were in the same price range.

Another elite level product from Bauer

Very high quality, if only using that as a criteria they're a 5-star product. Unlike more mid-level pants, these have thick padding everywhere, after a brief break-in period they wear comfortably. My only issue, and Im sure I'll get used to it are some of the adjustment features on them. The velcro at the gussets, not as natural as the zipper, kind of miss it at the height adjustment… read more as well. Very minor, doubt I'll notice it in time. Additionally, I'm in that wonderful world where mediums are too tight and large is a little loose - not their fault, just a little frustrating (for reference, I'm 5' 10" between 180-185, with a 35" waist). I do want to end this by saying protection on them is elite, even my lower ribs (which I was managing to crack once a season in cheaper options - specifically the CCM 5092) are fully covered in these.

They're definitely retail, not pro stock

I'm already looking for a further upgraded model elsewhere. These retail pants are not what I was expecting protection wise.

Super light

Pants Fit great. Their super light and a large was the perfect size. I'm 34 in waist and wieght 160.

Bulky restricts mobility making it hard to bend over
