Great goalie pad!
I bought this a bit ago and it is phenomenal. I’m 5,2 and I got the 30+2 pad. They are durable and slide nicely. I recommend!

Excellent. Very happy with these Vaughn pads. My Squirt goalie wore an earlier version of the Velocity line and loved them.

These are great pads. Kind of luxurious padding for the knees/shins. The quick slide tech seems legit. I tried several pads, Vaughn being what I’m used to, but I’m switching it up to Warrior this time. Tough decision though. I’d love to try them on ice for comparison. These seem like a great set of pads for the price.
Vaughn Velocity v9 leg pads better than expected.
These pads were better than I expected. I bought them because the curved profile works for my narrow butterfly. I like the way the strapping and knee block keeps my knees locked in place in the butterfly. The sliding surface is incredible. I'm having to dial back on the effort pushing across the crease because its easy to overshoot. I was not a fan of the butterfly push but now… read more it's fun. The rebound is just average.
Great quality
These leg pads are great! They look exactly as pictured and the extra length gives my giant 9 year old the additional protection he needed. He can also put them on himself, which is helpful. We have a little problem with the attachments on the bottom continuing to fall off, however.
Not worth the money saved
Clips for the skate straps broke after only four uses, falling apart mid-game. Couldn’t be repaired. Ended up just returning and going with a different brand.
They slide!
These leg pads are excellent. The side-slide is so easy I had to adjust the first day of wearing them at practice as I pushed and slid past the end of the goal. They are light, comfortable and easy to modify, highly recommend.
Small problem
On strep separated from the first time my son put them on. Otherwise, my son loves those leg pads.
