Best wax on the market
I’ve tried several brands of stick wax. The Yew wax is definitely the best. Very tacky, almost like glue but I can feel the difference with stick handling and toe drags.
Best wax in the game.
This wax works like a cheat code for my squirts working on their creative dekes and stick handling drills in practice. Bonus that it is environmentally friendly and sends a good message to these young kids

Not sure what age actually reads reviews anymore but, you next generation of beauties get some YEW!. As a college hockey player, love this company on and off the ice. My teammates and a lot of guys in the league are loving this stuff now too. I make a lot of content but, it’s easy when you know how good this wax is. The traditional waxes and knockoffs aren’t even in the same… read more tier as YEW!. Howies and sex wax were the go to but they got complacent and don’t compete anymore. All the other “brands” are as we know not even in the same league. We use the tackiness in key moments and then wipe the snownoff with ease when we dont need the tackiness. Use it like a pro and know when to reapply or put less on. All in the little things. Check the vid!
Wax Freezes
Wax completely freezes on your blade making it worse than no wax at all. Company suggest reapplying wax multiple times throughout the game. That might solve the problem or just get a different brand that doesn't freeze.
Not what I was used to but now the sickest
It’s like a light sticky good smelling clay. After I got used to it in practice best wax ever! Covered my blade with half the bar and didn’t feel heavy. Put it on the heel of my blade too without tape. It hasn’t come off in 3 games

The difference is night and day
Not sure if anyone else out there has had this experience, but the difference between this wax and every other wax I've ever used is insane. Makes quick snapshots and wristers feel effortless. Puck control was improved, shooting was improved, passing was more accurate, and it actually does what it was intended to do, which is keep snow buildup from happening. Woah!
No joke never been more impressed with a wax. Is that even a thing to be impressed with a wax? But woah ya this stuff actually has made a difference in my stick handling and has allowed me to be more confident in my abilities therefore more creative. And I hate candy canes but somehow I love the smell of the wax fresh clean and powerful.
Good value. Better wax.
Light weight, pretty sticky, strong but good smell. Like the other waxes I used to use it gets cold but I just reapply when I need to.
New wax user
Never used wax but recently started to after seeing and trying the product. My hands aren’t great but I was still able to get the puck up a couple of times. Great smell too

I used this over the summer with soft ice and tons of snow and the wax worked great with keeping snow off my stick and allowed me to handle the puck well

Loved my Howies but this yew stuff is just as good IMO better which shocked me at first. It’s a little small but with the performance and environmental benefits I’m no longer using Howies

The tackiness of this wax is absolutely insane, great puck control while still allowing a good solid release form the tape, I highly recommend.
