Comfortable Great Fitting Skate

I've been skating on these for a few months now and am still in love with them. Previously I had been in Vapor X700's but never felt right in them, they felt too high and stiff. After some research I found the Ribcor line might be just what I was looking for and it definitely is. These remind me of how my old Graf 705's fit some 20+ years ago giving me the forward lean I was used to and being stiff laterally but not too restrictive. Unlike those old Grafs the Ribcors are lighter and lot better fitting. The Ribcor padding is the most moldable I have seen and after being baked and fitted they feel like they match my foot perfectly. The one difference I noticed coming from Bauer's was the pitch of the blade felt more neutral, I was able to adjust within a skate or two and have since added new profiled steel. I'd definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great fitting skate at a high performance level that doesn't want to spend top of the line money.

Not as good as the S180's

Replaced S180's with these skates. Not nearly as good of a fit, the boot quality is not that great. I wish I could find S180's.

Not good for Round Head Shape

Bought this helmet in a men's small to replace my son's youth helmet. He couldn't make it, 30 minutes into a practice because it hurt his head just behind his temples. I tried opening it up without luck. Try on all helmets for your head shape. Replaced with a re-akt150......

GREAT BEST FIT

My son and his entire team decided to upgrade their helmets. They LOVE it...The first time a helmet could fit every player. The dial at the back really made a difference.

Looks like a great cage for the right sized head

I bought this cage and, unfortunately had to return it since it didn't fit my head/face. I typically wear a large Bauer cage (and am between a medium and large CCM cage) and this full face shield fits just like a medium CCM cage so it was just a bit too short for my face. The quality seemed really great and it looked awesome (which is what made me try to go fishbowl for the first time in my 25 year hockey career), but unfortunately no matter how I flipped the clips and played with the J clips I couldn't get it to sit low enough. For the right sized head/face this would be an amazing mask.

Best cage on the market

If you're looking for a full face cage stop right here, you've found the best on the market. I own 3 of these cages and have tried a few other cages as well over the past few years. The Profile II is the gold standard... it's light weight, protective, easy to see out of, has a great classic shape to it, and actually fits great unlike the CCM line. I've used the very popular Reakt cage and after a few months took it off in favor of the Profile II... the Reakt is slightly lighter which you don't actually feel once it's on your head, but the Reakt also has an odd shape that sits much closer to your face which I didn't care for. Compared to similar CCM cages, the Profile II sizing is much better... in the CCM a medium is too short and the large way too long, but in the Profile II a large is perfect (sizing of course may be different for everyone but it's nice that this was a happy medium when compared to CCM's sizing). I would definitely recommend this cage to anyone looking.

Not worth the money

I used this cage for a few month and went back to the Profile II for a few reasons... The Reakt is really light, this was a big selling point, and yea it feels super light, but once it's on your helmet and your helmet is on your head there's no noticeable difference between this and any other cage I've worn over the years. The Reakt has an odd shape that sits really close to your face as compared to the more classic shape of the Profile II, this is personal preference but after wearing Jofa cages for years I much prefer the shape and look of the Profile II over the Reakt. Price... the Reakt is not worth the additional price over a Profile II. The Reakt does have a nice color to the titanium and will also not rust which is possible with a Profile II if not cared for properly, but I could replace a Profile II and still make out dollar wise over a Reakt. The sizing on the Reakt is the same as the Profile so for someone like me it was perfect (CCM tends to run pretty large), I wear a large cage on my small CCM V08 helmets and cages fit great on the helmet. Overall I'd say to save your money and get a Profile II over a Reakt.

Loose on the RBZ Stage 2

A little loose in the RBZ Stage 2. Otherwise lighter than a wood plug.

Great if your name is Zdeno Chara

Size is not listed but they are Large +2", they're gigantic! I was hoping I'd be able to replace my old ones on my medium 9k girdle but there's no way these will work since I'm not 6'6" tall. Price was cheap and it would cost me half as much to send back so not really worth the hassle... buyer beware.
