Easy to wear and talk, difficult to shape correctl

I heated a bowl of water in the microwave, made sure the temperature was about 140 to150 F, I left it in the bowl for a little more than a minute. You should really use a mirror to help shape it to your mouth. It took several attempts (reheating the guard) to get it to where there weren't sharp corner between my teeth and inside my lip. It's also a little difficult to get the sides of the guard bite area to line up with the molars with stretching it. I can talk and breath much easier during game play and hardly notice the guard. I would get it again if needed.
