Honest Review: If you have sensitive teeth this is 100% not the mouth guard for you, if you're like me and chew on the back of your guard in between shifts, don't do that with this its so solid after it hardens it feels like your teeth will crack. Easy to wear and talk, difficult to shape correctl

I heated a bowl of water in the microwave, made sure the temperature was about 140 to150 F, I left it in the bowl for a little more than a minute. You should really use a mirror to help shape it to your mouth. It took several attempts (reheating the guard) to get it to where there weren't sharp corner between my teeth and inside my lip. It's also a little difficult to get the sides… read more of the guard bite area to line up with the molars with stretching it. I can talk and breath much easier during game play and hardly notice the guard. I would get it again if needed.

Good custom fitting, trimmed with scissors.

Easy to mold and a super great fit. Works with braces, but may get stuck when molding.

Best Yet

WAY better that those thick bulky ones. No "Fray" hanging off the back for those that chew and its easier for youth kids to talk and breath with - way less pushback from my kid to use this opposed to the traditional.

Comfortable to use

Really thin, which makes it comfortable to wear while playing, still keep functionality. Can re-shape easily - I was able to re-shape after 3-4 weeks, returns to original form in warm water.

Hockey mouth guard

Easy to form, because if it doesn’t fit quite right, you can reform it up to 20 times. It took me 4 attempts to get it right. Very comfortable and I can actually ‘speak’ which I couldn’t effectively do with previous mouth guards.

Excellent mouthguard

Weird to form and to get used to but a game changer for mouthguards. It's super low profile, so it's like you aren't wearing anything for a guard. You can talk and yell no problems and your speech isn't affected. Will be the only one I buy from now on

Nice guard

Lightweight and easy to talk with while wearing. Plus you can remold them as needed. Bad side is they came in out of warranty, must have been on shelf a long time

Will buy again & again.

2nd Sisu mouthguard. Son loves it. Takes a little bit to get the fit right, even after having it for a while its hard to get it the first time. Don't think we will go back to the usual. Also loves the cinnamon spray that Sisu makes.

Loses its shape easily just sitting in the bag. Make sure you you have a mouth guard case for it

Great fit/worth the price

Great mouthguard -- tight fit/low profile so they actually wear it. I would get any colors, skip the black (it tends to get "lost" in the hockey bag) Can be used with braces too -- just cover the braces with tinfoil -- then mold. It can take 1-2 times to get the fit perfect but you just put it back in the hot water.

Very comfortable fit.

I had another brand that fit awkward, wanted to push my jaws apart to an uncomfortable position while playing adult rec hockey. Bought this on a whim. I had to do the molding process about three times to get it right, but once I did, it was worth it. I can put it in before hitting the ice, leave it in the whole game, drink and talk with it in, and never have an issue. It's noticeable… read more wearing it, but there's no need to spit it out while on the bench. It also stays in extremely well once it's fitted. I don't know how well it works in the protection area, and I hope to never find out.

Light weight...

Switched to this mouthguard from the larger gel-type. Easier to breath and talk; you forget it's in. Only thing you have to get used to is that it's harder than you're used to.

Mold a couple times and then it's great

It takes a couple times heating it up and fixing the mold, but then it's great. I bought it because it says it's very easy to drink while wearing it. Confirmed!!

If you don’t succeed on the perfect fit the first time you can put it back in the water and try again
