Stay away from these things at all costs, quite literally. They are made in China with the lowest quality materials and will break even when used with care. There are numerous training aids specifically for passing that are far superior to this low quality product. The only thing you should pass on here is the price and invest in something that will not only stay in one piece but actually train you properly.
